Three Month 1:1 coaching package

This price includes three months of 1:1 coaching plus a DUTCH hormone test. Working 1:1 with Sarah means we are diving deep into each organ system in your body to correct imbalances and provide symptom resolution. We will support detoxification, thyroid, gut and adrenal health. We will balance hormones and encourage nervous system regulation. Remember that this is an in-depth approach and requires commitment, dedication and patience on your part. Your body didn’t get to this place overnight, so we can’t expect it to heal overnight either. As Sarah guide’s you to make make lifestyle, diet and mindset changes, you will find equilibrium in body, mind and spirit, allowing your body to do what it does best: to heal!

Bi-monthly check-in calls by Zoom.
